Route Shipping Insurance

At Vodaland, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and satisfactory experience for our customers. As part of this commitment, we offer Route Insurance to protect your order during shipping, giving you peace of mind in case of loss, theft, or damage. Please note that Route Insurance applies only to orders under $10,000.

If your order has shipped, Route Insurance will cover your package during transit. In the event of loss, damage, or theft, Route will either replace or refund the order based on their protection policies. Please be aware that the Route premium is non-refundable once the service is in use.

If your order has not yet shipped, Route Insurance cannot refund the protection cost directly. In this case, please contact Vodaland’s customer support for assistance.

For subscription orders, adding Route Insurance to the first purchase automatically includes protection for all future installments. To cancel Route protection, you must cancel your subscription by contacting Vodaland’s customer support.
