Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window for refunds to the original payment method. This period begins when you receive your order, whether through delivery or pick-up, and items must be returned to our warehouse within the designated time frame. Vodaland does not pay for return shipping.

Due to the nature of our products, which are construction materials, we maintain a strict return policy:

• Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for standard returns.
• Package Returns: All items sold as part of a package must be returned together and cannot be separated.
• Return Process: All returns must be initiated through our website. Please ensure that both your order number and name are included with the returned items. 

• Restocking Fee: All returns over 14 days will incur a restocking fee. The Restocking Fee increases 5% over the 60 days.

Please Note: Orders shipped to any states or countries outside of the contiguous 48 United States are not eligible for return. 

Condition of Returns
If any items are returned in a condition that renders them unfit for resale—such as damage, use, dirt, debris, dents, cuts, scuffs, or discoloration—a refund will not be issued. Additionally, if a pallet or box arrives visibly damaged, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return upon delivery.

If we do receive items in such a condition, you will have 15 business days to notify us if you wish to have the items returned to you, at your own expense. After this period, the items will be discarded.
