I am a home consumer and have had a decent enough experience with the products and support that I will favor Vodaland for any projects of the nature of what they carry.
I just happened to think that the missing part to getting homeowners and converts would be a more open discussion with contractors and other homeowners.
I looked and here it is. Empty isn't that exciting, but if no one posts, then lurkers may never sign up and contribute.
Here is hoping.
I live in Connecticut and I replaced a slate walkway with hex grid (no accessories) last year and I like how it works.
Price ended up being that of a professional install of a stone or paved walkway which has kept me from jumping into another project. (Yes, I know the benefits - I'm not complaining about the prices; the price point is not where I should be focusing on construction wise right now)
It would have been 20% or so cheaper if I could have gotten the other materials delivered with drop off (skidsteer) at another place on my property.
A bag-at-a-time creeps costs up very quickly.
Your turn lurkers. Sign in and reply :)

As a bit of a lurker, I couldn't resist chiming in after reading your post. I'm also a homeowner and have had a great experience with Vodaland products. I agree that open discussions with contractors and homeowners can be really helpful when it comes to making decisions.
I live in New York and recently had a similar situation with a walkway replacement in my yard. I opted for a DIY approach using Vodaland's materials, and I must say, I'm thrilled with the outcome.
Proof that I really *do* eventually get back to responding to my infinite queue of “meaning to get back to someone”. I do have some pics right now, but not the original install.
So, with the single sheet of ice that is covering Maine through Pennsylvania and the fact that my asphalt driveway sits about an inch or so below where the road meets it (collectively, the road pitches wrong) - I've got a crazy ice situation that a lot of other people have.
The walkway that I mentioned before, it's been ‘cultivated’ since I first posted and though the other Vodaland installations I've done are all well above the cost I wanted to be at, investment is almost 98% returned.
By this I mean that I can do things like using a Resin Rake and Landscaping rake to pull the stone back to the top of the plastic, give it a hard hose down, then mix the stone in water and get a nice even color to go back down.
Ice is normally much less of a problem on the pea gravel walkway than asphalt, but it's crazy icy out – so, 5 bags of pea gravel later, I have traction for my delivery people, and it will get gathered back up and renewed in the spring when I tend it.
Hi Ernie, Thank you for selecting Vodaland for your projects. We truly value your feedback and appreciate you sharing photos and your testimonial about our product. We look forward to collaborating with you on any future projects. Please let us know how we can assist you!
I purchased more than I needed of the Hexpave grid paving system for a home project. I love the small project that I completed and hope to use the remainder of the product for a future project. I would love to see pavers that snap into the Hexpave grid paving system, similar to how the Hexspots snap into the Hexpave grids.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're so glad to hear that you’re happy with the Hexpave grid paving system and the project you completed. It’s great that you have extra material for future use as well! We also appreciate your suggestion about pavers that could snap into the Hexpave grids, similar to the Hexspots. That’s a fantastic idea, and we’ll definitely keep it in mind as we continue to improve our products. We’re excited to hear how your future projects turn out!
